I also need to thank all of the lovely women out there who reminded me of the importance of representing ourselves in our fiction. In many TV shows, women get the short end of the stick, and somehow, that found its way into my writing over the last few years where I’ve written almost exclusively male characters. This fic is for all of us women, and to remind us that we define our fandom, and it sure as hell better have a place for strong female characters.
