Notes: This is a 'cut off from Earth' story - it goes AU in that respect some time after Search and Rescue when Woolsey has replaced Carter. The Seed never happened in this 'verse, and we can only assume that when Sam Carter returned to Earth for the symbiont extraction from the last Ba'al clone, something went very badly wrong. Earth stopped responding to gate dial-ups from Atlantis, and the Daedalus never returned. The expedition have moved to a different planet on the edge of the galaxy.
