Writers Contacting Artists

Good morning!
We've heard from a couple of writers who have been unable to contact their artists so far. If you are an artist who hasn't heard from your author, please check your spam filters and drop the writer a line, or PM them on LJ or DW. (Yahoo mail in particular caused the mod team no end of grief with an absolute failure to receive mail.) The mods will try to contact artists if you ask us (though we probably have the same contact information as you do).
As it is now two weeks after claiming, writers who have made a good-faith effort to contact their artists but have been unable to contact them should move on and start writing. We hope that you will be able to get in contact at some point, and ask for the artists' understanding on this matter.
