First, say hello to chkc and reddwarfer who will be helping me mod this time around, under this mod account. A few things have changed from last year, especially for authors, so please read through the info before you sign up.

Also, I'll be revoking everyone's membership from last year so that only current participants will be members.

Artist sign-ups end: Jan 31
Author sign-ups end: Feb 20th
Art (used for claiming) due: Feb 20th
Claiming: Feb 28th
Author withdraw date without penalty: April 30
Final art and story deadline: May 22
Reveal date: May 31
