Info about posting
If everything goes well, we should be looking at 45 fic and art pairs come June!
Under the cut is a little more info on how posting will work.
Posting will be during the month of June. When it gets closer to posting time, I'll be putting up another post where artist and author pairs can sign up for a date to post their work on. We have more pairs than days in the month, so there could be two pairs posting on one day.
Participants can post their fic/art wherever they want (journal, archive, website, etc) as long as it's public. On the day you've signed up to post, each pair should post one entry to the community with header info and links to the fic and art. Artists, if your artwork has been claimed twice, then you'll have to include your artwork in two masterposts, once for each fic.
Masterposts on the community should include at least the following:
You can include other info or notes if you want, but aim to keep it short. You can always include more notes on your journal or wherever you decide to post your fic/art.
Ideally, the masterposts should be posted on both the DW and LJ communities, but if for whatever reason you can only post on one of the sites, the mods can copy the post and paste it to the other community.

question
So when we are due to post, only ONE person from author/artist posts both art and fic? So that means we contact the other and send our stuff to the one who is doing the posting?
And how do we post it here? Right now there isn't a place to post it unless we do it in a comment (?). We can post it on LJ or DW but that won't show up in this comm, will it? I usually only do LJ but opened a DW just for this challenge.
I also was interested in writing a fic for the entry #17 Mr. and Mrs. but didn't end up getting it. I wasn't sure if I would have time to do more than one fic so didn't officially sign up to do that one too. Is it too late?
I am just about finished the story for the art I got (topping out over 25,000 words) and realize I WILL have time for another one. Is that something I can still do??

Yes, that's right. You can post your fic anywhere that can be viewed by the public, your artist will do the same, and then you will have to coordinate with your artist as to who will be posting the masterpost to the community.

When it comes time to post, I will give members posting access so you can post the masterpost to the comm. The actual fic should be posted on your own journal/fic journal/archive/etc.

Conggrats on all the progress you've made! Once you've finished your fic, please get in touch with the mods and we can arrange for you to do another.
