Our main difficulty with reverse big-banging was finding pinch hitters capable of writing 10,000 word stories in increasingly short order. Hopefully adding variety and teamwork will make more people want to join in, and be more fun with less pressure!
With the structure as above, in some ways it really won't be so different from the traditional RBB: if an artist signs on for a primary work, then a writer can choose to join that team and write for the artwork RBB-style. But it also means that there's room for someone to create a fully-functional knitted puddlejumper (SGA fans are talented, it could happen!) and for their team to produce a filk song, a gingerbread Atlantis, and a set of really dirty limericks to go with it. \o/ - busaikko
