About Posting
We will be putting up the Posting Dates Claiming Post on Saturday May 10th @ 17:00 New York time (14:00 in CA, 22:00 in London). (when is that where I live?) Please contact your artist/author and discuss what day is good for them. Either author or artist can claim a date; if neither of you will be available, you can ask a proxy or contact the mods.
Under the cut is a little more info on how posting will work.
Posting will be from May 19th to June 13th. On Saturday we'll be putting up another post where artist and author pairs can sign up for a date to post their work. Sometimes there will be two-three pairs posting on one day.
Participants can post their fic or art wherever they want (journal, AO3, website, etc.) as long as it's public. On the day you've signed up to post, one person representing the pair should post one entry to the community(ies) with header info and links to the fic and art. Artists, if your artwork has been claimed twice, then you'll have to include your artwork in two masterposts, once for each fic.
Masterposts on the community should include at least the following: ** cut and paste for your convenience!**

On June 16th we'll be putting up a masterlist with all of the fic and art.
