Beautiful! The translucent character of the light through the forest and of John's friend is remarkable. I love the foggy blue greens, and the warm orange bristles of the antlers. The background -- the grasses, the trees reflecting in the water -- creates a wonderful mood. And I really like how we can only see the unchanged part of John's face through the creature. They seem very affectionate with each other.
